1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and g0123 ("g0123," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at g0123.org ("Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or feature on the g0123 Platform, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• Are at least 21 years of age as required under PAGCOR regulations;
• Are a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• Acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate voluntarily.

These Terms are effective as of June 5, 2026, and supersede all previous versions. g0123 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the g0123 website at g0123.org, including all games, features, tools, and services made available thereon.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the g0123 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their g0123 wallet that are available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to verification requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or bonus funds granted by g0123 subject to wagering requirements and not directly withdrawable without satisfying applicable conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory authority that licenses and regulates g0123.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted, from which Players are not permitted to access the Platform.

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the g0123 Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform;
• Be a natural person — corporations, organizations, and automated systems may not hold Player accounts;
• Not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be an employee, agent, affiliate, or close family member of g0123 or any of its licensed game providers;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order through g0123, PAGCOR, or any recognized responsible gaming registry.

g0123 reserves the right to request age and identity documentation at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and any winnings generated will be voided. g0123 will report underage gambling incidents to PAGCOR as required by law.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on g0123, you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID;
• A valid and active Philippine mobile number (used for OTP verification and 2FA);
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access;
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 or older;
• Your current residential address in the Philippines.

One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold a single active g0123 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts may result in suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. g0123 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. Account Transfer: Player accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account to any third party under any circumstances.

5 KYC Identity Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), g0123 is legally required to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal.

KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID. Accepted documents include: passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), postal ID, or Philippine National ID (PhilSys);
• A recent selfie photograph taken alongside your ID document;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate) may be requested at g0123's discretion for enhanced due diligence.

g0123 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for ongoing monitoring purposes. Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions. Accounts where submitted documents cannot be verified will be suspended pending resolution.

All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law (Republic Act No. 10173 — Data Privacy Act of 2012).

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: g0123 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your g0123 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. g0123 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered under the Player's verified identity;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• g0123 targets a processing time of 5–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, and 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to volume and verification requirements;
• Withdrawals derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being satisfied prior to processing.

Anti-Money Laundering: g0123 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to suspend or delay withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. g0123 is legally required to report suspicious transactions to the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) in accordance with Philippine law.

Currency: All transactions on the g0123 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the g0123 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game information panel within the Platform lobby.

By participating in any game on g0123, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of games is determined by certified RNG systems and is not subject to manipulation by g0123 or any third party;
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical randomness (card draws, dice rolls, roulette spins) and are streamed with no post-production alteration;
• You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. Game rules are available within each game interface;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that renders the outcome undeterminable, the relevant wager will be voided and your stake returned;
• g0123's game log records are the definitive record of all game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between your device display and g0123's server records, the server records shall prevail.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

g0123 offers various promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated at the time the offer is communicated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and other game types may have different contribution percentages. Specific contributions are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire after a specified period if wagering requirements are not met. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Abuse: g0123 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk systematic wagering strategies intended to clear bonus requirements without genuine gameplay.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.

g0123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, where required by PAGCOR regulations or operational necessity. Players with active bonus balances will be notified of material changes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g0123 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering while under 21 years of age, or providing false age information;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or conduct transactions;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live poker or other competitive game formats;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or undeclared glitches. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to launder money in violation of Republic Act No. 9160;
• Attempting to access or interfere with another player's account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward g0123 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Making fraudulent deposit chargebacks or initiating unjustified payment disputes.

g0123 reserves all legal remedies available under Philippine law in response to any prohibited conduct, including reporting to PAGCOR, AMLC, and appropriate law enforcement authorities.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the g0123 Platform — including but not limited to: the g0123 brand name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio, video, and compiled game data — is the exclusive property of g0123 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, republish, or redistribute any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use the g0123 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

g0123 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key privacy commitments include:

• Personal data is collected only for lawful, specified purposes (account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, customer support, and PAGCOR reporting obligations);
• Data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes;
• Player data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption;
• You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.

12 Responsible Gaming

g0123 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gaming behavior. In accordance with PAGCOR requirements, the following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after modification.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts to help you track time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently). Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

g0123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute that cannot be resolved;
• Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age;
• Breach of prohibited conduct provisions, including use of automated systems;
• PAGCOR directive or other regulatory requirement;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant accounts policy applies).

Upon termination of an account for legitimate player-initiated closure (not for breach), any verified Real Money Balance in excess of the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed due to breach of Terms, g0123 reserves the right to withhold funds pending full investigation and, where applicable, to recover any funds owed to g0123 arising from bonus abuse, chargebacks, or fraud.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, g0123 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if g0123 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Service interruptions resulting from maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any decisions you make based on information displayed on the Platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or account balance displays subject to pending verification.

g0123's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits g0123's liability for: death or personal injury caused by g0123's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

g0123 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, g0123 will:

• Publish the updated Terms at g0123.org/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date;
• Notify registered Players via SMS or email to their registered contact details at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Continued use of the g0123 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and g0123:

• Players should first contact g0123 customer support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution;
• If the matter is not resolved within 30 days, Players may escalate to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as g0123 operates under PAGCOR's jurisdiction;
• Disputes not resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
